Today we are going to make the most famous oreo cookies, with our kitchen robot, some very natural cookies, To which we are not going to put any type of preservatives perfectly natural and made at home.

For the cookie dough:
80 grams of pure cocoa
A little bit of salt
175 grams of flour
1 spoon of vanilla
1 egg
150 grams of butter
100 grams of brown sugar
a little bit of salt
2 tablespoons of real yeast coffee

For filling:
15 grams of milk
150 grams of sugar
1 spoon of vanilla
75 grams of butter

The first thing we are going to do is preheat our oven, we will set a temperature of approximately 200 °

While it is heated, we will begin to crush the sugar in our thermomix glass for which We take 100 g of brown sugar and program.

Now let’s take out our dough and put it on the table where we will see sprinkle a little to make flour with the dough, we will cut our cookies that have more or less half a centimeter of thickness.

We can use a cortapastas or any small circular glass that we have at home and that provides us with the measure of how we want them. Once cut the dough we proceed to put it in the oven between 10 and 15 minutes after that.
