Ingredients
1 kilo of clean mussels
2 garlic
110 grams of onion
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
50 grams of water
Fresh parsley
100 grams of white wine
50 grams of olive oil
Preparation
When you have gathered those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the oil into the glass of the robot along with the peeled garlic and onion. Program a
speed 4/5 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 3 / Varoma temperature / 5 minutes.
Add the pepper, salt, wine, parsley and water to the glass.
Place the Varoma in the robot and put the mussels in it.
Put the Thermomix to work
speed 3 / Varoma temperature / 12 minutes.
The only thing left to do is serve by pouring the contents of the glass over them.
