  • 8 fresh, perfectly clean, medium-sized squid.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • Half an onion.
  • Salt, olive oil, pepper and a little white wine.

  2. Certify that the squid are very clean, with no trace of fabric or fiber. And proceed to cut the tentacles and also the fins.
  3. These two elements will be introduced in the glass of the food processor, next to the crushed tomato. You will program it at speed 5 for about 7 or 8 minutes.
  4. Then reserve the resulting mixture and clean the glass. Pour the garlic and the onion with a little oil. The Thermomix should be set at speed 5 and a variable temperature for about 8 minutes.
  5. Then add a little white wine and water as well as salt and pepper to this last mixture.
  6. In this way you will have the sauce ready to accompany your squid.
  7. Now, proceed to take the calamari and fill them with the dough you obtained by mixing their fins and tentacles with the crushed tomato.
  8. Prick them with a toothpick so that their contents do not fall out.
  9. Finally, place the sauce in the glass and the squid in the Thermomix basket. Set it to a low temperature and speed 1 for 20 to 25 minutes.
