Ingredients
- 28 rectangular cookies
- 1l of whipping cream
- 240 grams of condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150 grams chocolate shavings
- milk for dipping cookies
For coverage:
- 300 grams milk chocolate for desserts
- 140 grams coconut oil
- almond crocanti
Preparation
- The first thing we are going to do is the cream (remember that to make the cream it is good to have the Thermomix bowl and the cream very cold, so it is advisable to have it in the refrigerator before putting the glass and the cream in a bowl)
- We put the cream in our Thermomix bowl with the butterfly on
- speed 3 1/5 / 45 seconds (or the time that the cream marks)
- We put the cream in a bowl and reserve in the refrigerator
- we remove the butterfly
- Add to the thermomix without cleaning (it does not matter if there is a little cream on the sides), a little vanilla essence
- 20 seconds / speed 4
- We remove the bowl with cream from the refrigerator and add the condensed milk with vanilla and stir with stirring movements
- then we put the chocolate shavings and stir
for the base with cookies
- We put on a tray (I put baking paper underneath so as not to stain) the cookies soaked in a little milk and we put 2 rows of cookies, one on each side of the tray so that it is quite hollow as for another 2 rows of cookies ( it looks very good in the video), we put the cream on top well distributed throughout the tray (both on top of the cookies and where we do not have cookies and another layer of cookies on top
- We put plastic wrap on the tray and store in the freezer for 6/8 hours
- Only the layer of chocolate that covers would remain, which we would do once those 6/8 hours passed
- we put the chocolate and chop
- 5 seconds / speed 8
- add the coconut oil
- 3 minutes / 40ºC / speed 2
- We take out the tray with the ice creams and we split in half (as seen in the video) already with the shape of the maxibon
- We immerse it in a glass with the chocolate and put the crocanti on top and you will have the maxibon ready
Notes
depending on the size of the tray they will come out between 10 and 14 maxibon
