150 grams of soft Jijona nougat
3 sheets of gelatin
450 grams of cream
75 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder for dusting

To begin the preparation of this delicious dessert, place the gelatin to hydrate, to do so, pour cold water into a bowl and submerge the sheets for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the jijona nougat cut into pieces in the thermomix glass, and program.
5 seconds / Speed 7.
To continue, add the cream along with the sugar and program.
6 minutes / Temperature 90° / Speed 4.
Once the programmed time has elapsed, incorporate the already hydrated gelatin sheets into the cream, it is important to drain them well before incorporating them, program.
15 seconds / Speed 3.
When the ingredients are well mixed, pour the mixture into a flan or terrine mold (this recipe makes 6-8 portions if you want to place it in individual molds), let it cool for a few minutes.
Place the panna cotta molds in the refrigerator for 3 hours to reach the desired consistency.
