Jijona nougat ingredients with Thermomix

In order to make a nougat tablet of this type you need to have these products:

210 grams of almondspeeled and toasted.
200 grams of sugar.
Cinnamon powdered.
The skin of a lemon, without the white part because it is bitter.

Once with those ingredients, follow these steps:
