Panna cotta ingredients with thermomix
- 3 sheets of neutral gelatin
- 500 grams of cream
- 250 grams of milk
- 150 grams of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of liquid vanilla
- 50 grams of cognac
Panna cotta preparation with thermomix
- Put the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water
- Put the cream, milk, sugar, vanilla and cognac in the glass.
- Schedule
- 6 minutes / 80º / speed 3
- Add the drained gelatin and program
- 10 seconds / speed 3
- We put in the jars or glasses where we will serve and put them 5 hours in the fridge before consuming
