I have always adored flans, they seem to me an ideal dessert that is very easy to make and the good thing is that there are hundreds of different flan recipes and for me they are all good just like chocolate vanilla egg in this case we bring a cinnamon cookie flan

In addition to the texture and flavor of the flan, that touch of cinnamon seems wonderful to me, I recommend that you try it

Cinnamon biscuit flan ingredients with thermomix

150 grams of cinnamon cookies
1/2 liter of milk
500 grams of cream
100 grams sugar
2 sachets of curd
1 teaspoon vanilla
Liquid candy

Preparation of cinnamon biscuit flan with thermomix

we start by grinding the cinnamon cookies for what we put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
15 seconds / speed 6
Add the milk, sugar, cream, vanilla and the curd envelope and program
8 minutes / 90ºC / speed 4
We put the content in a mold or molds depending on whether we want small cups or a large flan, caramelizing the bottom of them, we let it cool down a bit and then we put it in the fridge for 5 hours
unmold it and ready to eat
