Ingredients
- 250 grams Whether’s Original candies (50 units)
- 10 gelatin sheets
- 100 grams of liquid caramel.
- 500 grams of milk.
- 500 grams of cream at least 30% fat.
Preparation
- to start hydrate the gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water.
- We put the candies, cream and milk in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 8 minutes / 90º / speed 2
- We add the gelatin that we had draining and mix everything
- 10 seconds / speed 3
- In several glasses we put a little liquid caramel on the bottom of the glass and we put the liquid of our panna cotta on top, we put another bit of liquid caramel on top.
- let it cool in the refrigerator 6 hours before consuming
