DOUGH

1. Temper the milk for a few seconds in the microwave, add the crumbled yeast, stir.
2. We put the eggs, sugar, yeast, orange blossom water and rum in the glass,

6. Let rest for 20 min for the flour particles to hydrate

SYRUP

7. We bake about 40/45 min.
8. Turn off, remove and pour the syrup (previously removed the orange skins), sprinkle icing sugar on the surface
