Ingredients

330 grams of water
10 grams of fresh pressed baker’s yeast crumbled
500 grams of bread flour
1 and 1/2 level teaspoons of salt
oil for greasing

Preparation

grease a bowl with oil and reserve.
to start the recipe we put the water and yeast in our Thermomix bowl and warm it
2 minutes / 40ºC / speed 2.
Add to the flour and salt and knead
2 minutes / spike speed.
when finished We put the dough in the greased bowl.
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest until it doubles in volume (approximately 1:30 h).
It should rest in a warm and draft-free place
We take pieces of dough and stretch it with our hands in the form of a cake and fry in plenty of hot sunflower oil
We remove to a plate with kitchen paper and sprinkle with sugar and ready to eat
