Ingredients of eel tartlets with smoked salmon with garlic with thermomix
- 1 package of wafers for dumplings
- 2 packages of eels
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 60 gr of virgin olive oil
- 200 gr of smoked salmon
- 5 crab sticks
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- Chopped parsley
- A few drops of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation of eel tartlets with garlic smoked salmon with thermomix
- The first thing we will do in our recipe will be to preheat the oven to 180º with heat both above and below
- To make our tartlets we will use dough to make dumplings and we will put them in the cupcake trays for which we spread a little oil on the trays of the cupcake mold in each hole so that they do not stick to us and we will put a dumpling wafer in each one . we fold them a little if we see that they are too big in such a way that they become a kind of cup
- Then we put them in the oven for
- 10 minutes at 180°C
- or until we see that they are golden brown, then we take them out carefully and remove them from the mold and reserve
- We put the oil in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 3 minutes / 100 °C / ladle speed
- then we add the garlic and we return to program
- 4 seconds / speed 4
- With a spatula we lower the remains that could be stuck on the sides of our glass and we program again
- 3 minutes / 100 °C / ladle speed
- add the eels and the chopped crab sticks and program
- 3 minutes / 100 °C / reverse rotation / spoon speed
- remove everything and place it in a bowl, add the smoked salmon in small pieces and a pinch of parsley and with a wooden spoon stir everything carefully
- we put the mayonnaise, the ketchup, and a few drops of Tabasco and with the wooden spoon we mix everything perfectly again with great care
- Now we only have to fill our tartlets with the eels and the smoked salmon and they will be ready to serve
