Ingredients for Air Fryer Chicken Tears or Fingers

  • 1 chicken breast.
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Salt
  • wheat flour.

Preparation of chicken tears or fingers with air fryer

  1. we will start our recipe by preheating our air fryer
  2. 5 minutes / 180ºC
  3. cut our chicken breast into strips and place them in a bowl
  4. beat the egg and put it in a deep plate
  5. in another plate we put the wheat flour
  6. in another plate the breadcrumbs
  7. we put a little salt to the chicken strips and pass them first through the flour and then through the egg and bread
  8. and we are placing the chicken strips on the grid of our air fryer and then we program
  9. 7 minutes / 180ºC
  10. At the end of the time, we turn the chicken strips over and program again
