Cod ingredients with almond sauce in the Thermomix
To prepare four servings of this dish you need to gather the following products in the kitchen. Take note:
2 cloves of garlic.
4 slices of fried bread.
30 – 40 grams of skinless almonds.
200 grams of onion.
25 grams of olive oil.
100 grams of water.
4 cod fillets.
30 – 40 grams of White wine.
1 bay leaf.
A few strands of saffron.
Salt and ground pepper to taste.
Preparation of Cod with almond sauce in the Thermomix
Once you have bought all these ingredients, start preparing the recipe following these instructions:
Peel the garlic and onion and then chop them.
Add the oil, almonds, garlic and onion to the robot glass. First, program a
speed 5 for 3 seconds to chop everything.
Then, to fry them, program again to
bucket speed and Varoma for about 10 minutes.
Next, add the pepper, the bay leaf, the saffron, the salt, the wine and the water to the glass.
On the other hand, place the cod loins in the varoma tray and place it properly.
In this way, you can now proceed to program the Thermomix at speed 1 and Varoma for 18 minutes.
The next step will be to remove the Varoma and the laurel from the glass. In this you will add the fried bread and program the robot to
progressive speed 5 – 10 for a minute and a half.
To serve, all you have to do is place the cod fillets in a bowl or plate to pour the sauce over them.
