Skrei cod ingredients with truffle sauce with Thermomix

  • 800 grams of Skrëi cod loin
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan.
  • 75 grams of leek in thick slices.
  • 150 grams of water.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fish concentrate.
  • 60 grams of brandy.
  • 150 grams of almond milk
  • 20 grams of corn starch (cornstarch)
  • 20 grams of extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 black truffle in fine slices.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper

  1. The first thing we will do is chop the Parmesan cheese with our thermomix, for which we will put the cheese in the glass and program

  4. add the leek and virgin olive oil and blend

  14. remove the varoma container
  15. We put the sauce in the bottom of a dish and the Skrëi cod on top
  16. we put some truffle slices on top, a little dill and that’s it
