Ingredients of country mushrooms with thermomix

500 grams Oyster mushrooms
150 grams of onion
100 grams of water
90 grams of serrano ham
80 grams of white wine
25 grams oil
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 bay leaf
pinch coloring
1 sprig of parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of country mushrooms with thermomix

In the glass of the thermomix chop 2 cloves of garlic and the parsley, program.

Reserve the minced garlic and parsley and then cut the mushrooms into strips and the Serrano ham into cubes. Also, reserve.
