Ingredients
- 300 grams chicken breast
- 40 gr fresh spinach
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 30 grams of shallot
- 10 grams olive oil
- 15 grams breadcrumbs
- salt
- ground pepper
Instructions
- The first thing we'll do is chop up the chicken and freeze it for 30 minutes
