Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat
- 80 g of Breadcrumbs (fresh)
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (grated)
- 100 ml of milk
- 300 ml of Light Beer
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 Celery Pepper try the Parsley (chopped)
- Flour (to flour)
Instructions
- Prepare the meatballs:
- Mix in our thermomix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese, the milk, the minced garlic, the
- chopped parsley, the eggs and the salt. Knead for 30 seconds at speed 3
- Form some meatballs and stir in flour. Put them aside.
- Now, prepare the rest:
- Wash the celery, peel the carrot and onion. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- In a frying pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil and fry the mixture.
- Add salt.
- Now add the floured meatballs.
- Fry gently on all sides.
- If desired, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
- Cook the meatballs in beer for about 10 minutes.
- The cooking base should be creamy. Serve the beer balls immediately afterward, still hot, and top with a little
- creamy cooking base.
