Uruguayan powder with thermomix

Preparation

1. To start the recipe we are going to pulverize half of the cookies, put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
2. 6 seconds / speed 10
3. reserve in a bowl
4. pulverize the other half of the cookies
5. 6 seconds / speed 10
6. We add the butter that must be of the time (not cold and hard) and mix with the second batch of cookies
7. 10 seconds / speed 8
8. with this mass we put in the base of the glasses where we will put our Uruguayan powder (it can also be in a cake type mold)
9. we pulverize the sighs of moya
10. 3 seconds / speed 4 and mix with the reserved cookies in the bowl
11. We wash and dry the bowl and proceed to whip the cream, place the butterfly and put the cream very cold (if we can have the glass very cold better)
12. speed 3.5 until it is assembled and we reserve
13. we are going to place our preparation
14. we put a thin layer of the mixture of cookies and sighs on the base that we had placed
15. then a thin layer of dulce de leche
16. then a layer of whipped cream
17. we repeat the layers again, cookies, sighs, dulce de leche, cream and finish with a layer of cookies and sighs
18. It should be served very cold, so it should be in the fridge for several hours and our Uruguayan powder will be ready.
