Preparation of flavored orange powder with thermomix

To start we will preheat the oven at 90º C
We wash the oranges and peel them taking only the peel with the precaution of not taking the white part because it would give us a lot of bitterness
We take a tray and line it with baking paper and place the skins without them being on top of each other and put the tray in the oven for 60 minutes, when they are dry and break
we take them out of the oven and dry them we introduce them in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
Once the powder is ground, we store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator and it will last us about 2 months in those conditions.
