Ingredients

8 – 10 avocado bones

Preparation

The first thing we will do is save the seeds or “bones” of the avocados (it is convenient to do it with a few so that we spread
I use between 8 and 10 seeds
When I have the seeds we dehydrate them, for which we put a baking tray, with baking paper or aluminum foil underneath and we put the seeds on top or dehydrate
2 hours / 120ºC
Let cool and remove the shell that will come out practically alone (the shell is thrown away)
once the seeds have no shell, we cut them into slices or pieces with a large knife (watch out for your fingers)
the pieces of avocado seed will be soft
we put the pieces of avocado seed in our Thermomix bowl and pulverize
10 seconds / speed 10

Notes

At first the powder will have a cream color but quickly, due to oxidation, it will limp a reddish color

It is called enzymatic browning, the enzymes found inside the seed take that brownish color when they come into contact with oxygen
