Ingredients

For the sausages:
500 grams of chicken breast without skin and in small pieces.

1 pinch of nutmeg.

50 grams of gluten-free butter or olive oil or half and half.

Instructions

For the sausages:
We put in the glass of our Thermomix the chicken breast, the Parmesan, the
parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg, grind for 10 seconds,
at speed 5.
We put the dough into 4 different parts and give it an elongated sausage shape
on top of a transparent plastic wrap, we will wrap it well in such a way that
the desired form of sausage remains and we see that it is well sealed. the
place in the varoma container, cover and reserve
For the mashed potatoes: Wash in a glass and place the butterfly on the blades.
