Ingredients
4 potatoes
8 tablespoons bolognese sauce
Grated cheese for gratin (you can combine mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese)
700 grams of water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
To start, wash the potatoes, remove the skin or peel and cut into cubes. Place them in the varoma container.
Likewise, pour the water into the Thermomix bowl, add a little salt and place the varoma container in its position, program.
30 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 2.
Once the potatoes are cooked, pour them into a bowl and add the butter, mix and mash with a fork or potato masher until they form a puree or a compact and homogeneous mass, check the salt point and add a little more if necessary.
In some ring molds, place non-stick paper or baking paper around it, add the potato dough to each mold and form a kind of bowl or volcano, bearing in mind that the Bolognese sauce will go inside, so the thickness of the dough It should be about 0.5mm.
Once the molds are covered with the potato dough, fill each one with a generous Bolognese sauce and cover them with grated cheese for gratin, you can combine mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to obtain a much more striking and delicious result.
Place the molds in the oven and gratin for a few minutes.
