Almogrote with thermomix

Preparation

1. We start this easy and quick Almogrote recipe with a thermomix, washing the tomatoes and placing them on a baking sheet together with the garlic cloves and a little olive oil, bake at 200°C for 10 minutes
2. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into pieces and add to the glass of the thermomix to slightly crush it, program.
3. 5 seconds / Speed ​​5.
4. Once the tomatoes are roasted, remove the rind being careful not to burn yourself and add it to the Thermomix bowl along with the garlic cloves and the already crushed cheese, also add the ¼ picona pepper or ½ chilli pepper, it all depends on how spicy you want this almogrote and another little olive oil, program.
5. 1 minute / Progressive speed 5-10.
6. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, the almogrote is ready, it should have a texture similar to that of a pâté and a light red color due to the ripeness of the tomatoes.
7. Serve on a starter platter and accompany with some toast, it really is a wonderful tapa to combine with a glass of wine and share with friends.
