- 400 grams of potatoes
- 200 grams of fish broth
- 210 grams of peeled prawns
- 210 grams of cooked mussels without shell
- 7 anchovies
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 or 3 garlic
- 100 grams of onion
- 50 grams of olive oil
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 100 grams of white wine
- 100 grams of cream
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices not too thick. Go placing them in the Varoma.
- Add the peeled garlic and onion to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 5/3 seconds.
- With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of the walls and add the oil. Program a
- speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 7 minutes.
- Add the broth and wine. Program a
- progressive speed 5-10 / 25 seconds.
- Then, pour the bay leaf and the cream into the glass while you place the Varoma in the robot. Put the Thermomix to work
- speed 2 / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
- In the previous step, when there are about 6 minutes to go, add the prawns.
