350 grams of farfalle

250 grams of cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 sprigs of fresh parsley (only the leaves finely chopped)
20 grams of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
30 grams of shallot
500 grams of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
15 grams of pine nuts (optional)

Preparation
