Muxu Goxo or sweet kiss with thermomix

Instructions

1. This recipe is super simple and to start your preparation you must place in the glass of the thermomix the measure of sugar to convert it into icing sugar, program. 10 seconds / Progressive speed 5 - 10.
2. Remove the icing sugar from the glass and set aside for a few minutes.
3. Then pour the butter into the thermomix glass and program it. 1 minute / Temperature 37° / Speed 2.
4. Then add the eggs, milk and icing sugar to the melted butter and set. 15 seconds / Speed 4.
5. When the 15 seconds of mixing are over, check that all the ingredients are well mixed, otherwise program a few more seconds.
6. Pour the preparation into individual baking tins suitable for the oven, bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the cream sets. Remove from the oven, sprinkle a little brown sugar and blowtorch the sugar until it turns a golden brown to caramel.
7. If you do not have a torch, place the baking tins in the oven and in the grill or gratin mode you will get the same effect only not as fast as with the torch.
8. Wait a few minutes until all the preparation is cold or if you prefer, refrigerate until serving time. Finally, you can decorate the surface with some mint leaves or biscuit wafers. You choose the one you like best.
