This time we are going to make a flan with nougat flavor.

1 tablet of nougat de jijona (200 grs)
500 grams of milk
250 grs of cream
100 grams of sugar
2 sachets of curd

Preparing Jijona nougat flan in the thermomix

Put the nougat in the glass and tritúrelo programming
5 seconds / speed 5.

Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and program
8 minutes / 100º / speed 2

The first 10 seconds set speed 5, to integrate the ingredients well and then lower to speed 2.

Pour the mixture into a crown mold or similar.

Let cool in the refrigerator before unmolding.

Suggestion: You can serve with a chocolate sauce, decorate with whipped cream, chocolate chips, etc.
