Ingredients

300 grams of almonds
250 grams of sugar
2 egg yolks
The zest of one lemon peel
1 egg

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC
To start our recipe we put the sugar in our thermomix and turn it into icing sugar 30 seconds / speed 10.
Lower with the spatula the remains stuck to the sides and put the lemon peel (only the yellow part that does not have white) and repeat 30 seconds / speed 10.
Add the almonds and blend for 30 seconds / speed 10.
Lower again with the spatula the remains stuck to the sides Add the egg yolks and the egg and program 10 seconds / speed 6.
Place on a tray lined with baking paper and place the contents on top in 2 blocks, giving each block a tablet shape, and place in the oven at 180ºC / 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle a little sugar on top and burn it.
If we don't have a sugar burner, we gratinate it a little in the oven.
