- 175 grams of Nougat
- 250 ml. Whole milk
- 200 ml. whipping cream
- 5 eggs
- 90 grams of sugar
- liquid candies

- The first thing we are going to do is chop the nougat, if you have the kitchen robot it will be very easy, with a mincer, if you cannot go shredding it with your hands as much as possible
- Once we have shredded the turn we will put the mold that we are going to use inside our air fryer, and we put liquid caramel on the bottom
- In a bowl we are putting the eggs and the sugar and we are beating it
- Add the milk and cream and beat again
- now we add the nougat that we have shredded the finer the better, and we remove
- now we add everything to our mixture to the mold that we had prepared with the liquid caramel in the background
- we cover it with a little aluminum foil and put it inside our air fryer and program
