Ingredients

200 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of whipping cream
a pinch of salt
4 unflavored gelatin sheets
A tablespoon of hot milk
The white of an egg

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the butterfly in the robot and pour the cream into the glass. Program a
speed 3/5 minutes.
Once the cream is whipped, set it aside.
Afterwards, pour the white with the salt so that it also mounts. Program a
speed 3 ½ / 50º / 4 minutes.
Then, put the robot back to work
speed 3 ½ / 4 minutes.
Hydrate the gelatin in cold water by keeping it in it for about 6 minutes. Then drain it and dissolve it in the hot milk.
In a bowl, add the cream and condensed milk, the gelatin and, finally, the whipped egg white. Mix everything well and distribute the content in the glasses or containers that you are going to use to serve the mouse. These should be put in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving.
