Ingredients
- 150 grams onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 90 grams sliced carrots
- 30 grams oil
- 65 grams roasted pepper in strips
- 75 grams fried tomato
- 700 grams squid in rings
- 200 grams fish broth (or fish pill with water)
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 grams peeled prawns
- 1 can peas (optional)
Preparation
- Onion, garlic, carrots and oil,
- 3 seconds / speed 5
- Lower remains towards the blades and fry,
- 8 minutes / Varoma (120º) / speed spoon.
- Roasted peppers in strips and fried tomato,
- 3 minutes / Varoma / speed 1
- Then grind, 5 seconds / speed 5
- Add the squid, fry
- 10 minutes / left turn / 100º / spoon speed
- Add the fish stock, bay leaf, salt and pepper, a few
- 25 minutes / Varoma / left turn / spoon speed (depending on the type of squid or squid).
- Lastly, the prawns and peas
- 2 minutes / 100º / left turn. / bucket speed
- Let stand a few minutes and serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley.
