Ingredients
- 18 sardines
- 620 grams of water
- Olive oil
- 6 bay leaves
- Coarse salt
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
- Wash the sardines thoroughly.
- Cut six wide pieces of aluminum foil and grease them with a little oil each one and then place three sardines on top of each one, on which you will add salt and place a bay leaf. Close those papers tightly with the fish inside and place them inside the Varoma.
