Ingredients
- 2 large peas whole and clean
- 1 chilli
- The leaves of two branches of parsley
- 252 grams of olive oil
- 5 or 6 garlic
- 2 large lemons
- Half a glass of white wine
- Salt to taste
- A quarter glass of vinegar
Preparation
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Add the chilli, garlic, salt and parsley to the glass of the robot. Program a
- speed 5/10 seconds.
- Then add the lemon juice, white wine, oil and vinegar. Stir everything well and reserve.
- Place the peas, opened like a book, in a baking dish, along with salt, a drizzle of oil and a lemon wedge.
- Put the dish in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 10 minutes at 180º.
- After that time, open the oven, pour the sauce you prepared at the beginning over the peas, and return the dish to the oven for about 7 more minutes.
