Ingredients of thermomix cod croquettes

350 grams cod
800 grams milk
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground white pepper
1 bunch of fresh parsley leaves
50 grams olive oil
150 grams butter
2 cloves garlic
Salt
200 grams pastry flour
4 beaten eggs
Bread crumbs
oil for frying

Preparation of thermomix cod croquettes

When there is 1 minute left before the scheduled time is up, add the rest of the shredded cod.
Once the cod dough for the croquettes is ready, pour it into a bowl previously moistened with water, cover with plastic wrap, sticking it to the dough so that it does not crust, reserve for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Considering the refrigeration time, heat a frying pan with plenty of oil to fry, then form the croquettes and pass them through breadcrumbs, beaten egg and again breadcrumbs.
Fry until deliciously golden brown on all sides. Remove from the oil and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
