Ingredients
1 can of 410 grams of evaporated milk
4 medium eggs
2 slices of crustless bread
50 grams of fried tomato (you can substitute kepchup)
2 cans of tuna in olive oil of 110 grams each
Salt and pepper to taste

1 plumcake mold of 1 liter or two of 500 grams greased
Preparation
We start by adding the fried tomatoes along with the cans of tuna (one of them with the oil completely drained), program.

Pour the mixture into a plumcake mold of 1 liter or two of 500 grams duly greased to facilitate unmolding.
To cook we suggest 2 options, choose the one that best suits you.
On one side, preheat the oven to 200°C. Then, place water in a tray suitable for the oven, this to cook in a bain-marie, place the molds in the tray with the water and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
It will be ready when the surface turns slightly golden and when you insert a toothpick or skewer and it comes out without residue.
On the other hand, you can also cook this tuna cake in the varoma of the thermomix. And this is done by placing 1 liter of water in the Thermomix bowl, cover the 1-liter plumcake mold or the two 500-gram ones with kitchen paper, and in turn cover the varoma container. Schedule.
