120 grams of Dijon mustard
10 sprigs of fresh parsley
60 grams of dry white wine
220 grams of cherry tomatoes
600 grams of potatoes
600 grams of salted water

To start this wonderful preparation, place the parsley sprigs (only the leaves) previously washed and drained in the Thermomix bowl, program.

Once the parsley is finely chopped, remove from the glass and reserve.
Back in the glass of the thermomix, there is no need to wash it, pour the measure of water together with the dry white wine and the Dijon mustard.
