Ingredients
10 – 12 pieces of ray
Salt to taste
35 milliliters of virgin olive oil
510 milliliters of water
2 or 3 garlic
350 grams of potatoes
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Peel the potatoes, chop them and put them in the robot basket.
Place the ray in the Varoma, where you will have added a splash of olive oil, and add salt.
Pour the water into the Thermomix bowl to then place the basket and the Varoma. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
Then reserve the fish stock and remove both the basket and the Varoma.
Add the potatoes, salt, half a cup of the aforementioned broth and the garlic to the glass. Program a
speed 5/1 minute.
Reprogram to
speed 4/90 seconds.
In the previous step, gradually add 30 milliliters of oil.
