Summer country salad with thermomix
An ideal first course for the summer, a healthy and very complete dish, with vegetables, proteins and carbohydrates in the same dish

Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 50 grams of red pepper
- 50 grams of green pepper
- 1 can of bonito del norte in extra virgin olive oil
- 50 grams of onion
- 1 can of black or green olives
- 2 eggs
- 2 potatoes cut into cubes
- 800 grams of water
- Salt
Instructions
- We cut the green and red pepper into small pieces and put it in our thermomix
- glass along with the onion and tomatoes and chop everything 10 seconds / speed 5
- and reserve in a bowl for later
- We put the water in our glass and put the basket on top with the eggs on top,
- and put the varoma with the potatoes cut into not very large squares 35 minutes
- / Varoma / speed 2
- Once finished we let the potatoes and the eggs cool that we will put in a
- casserole with water of the time we peel the eggs and put them together with the
- olives in our glass and chop everything for 2 seconds / speed 2
- We take a platter and put the reserved peppers, onion and tomato, add the
- potatoes, eggs and olives and the tin of bonito del norte and gently mix the
- ingredients with a wooden spoon
