310 grams of chopped leeks, only the white part
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
305 grams of peeled and chopped potatoes
32 grams of olive oil
1 liter of vegetable broth

Preparation of cream of leeks and carrots with Thermomix

At the moment you gather all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:

speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
Add the potatoes, carrots and broth as well as the salt and pepper. Put the robot to work a
