- 1/2 kilo of cod fillets
- a little bit of flour
- olive oil spray
- for the aioli sauce
- Sunflower oil
- Half lemon
- Salt
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation of cod gratin in an air fryer – airfryer
- The first thing we are going to do is the alioli sauce, for which there is not much of a recipe since we will put in the container where we are going to beat the two cloves of garlic, a dash of lemon juice, the egg, the pinch of salt, the oil sunflower
- We put the mixer to the bottom without moving it and we start beating the weak level without moving the mixer from the ground until our aioli sauce is created.
- Once part of the sauce is created, we can go up very slowly until all the sauce is homogeneous.
- At this point we are going to pre-heat the fryer
- 5 minutes / 180ºC
- Place the cod fillets on a plate and sprinkle a little flour on top of them.
- We put a little olive oil spray on each 1 of them
- finally with a spatula we put aioli on top of each fillet or cod loin
- we put it in our air fryer and program
- 11 minutes / 180ºC
