Ingredients of Salmon Tartare with Thermomix

  • 650 grams of salmon clean of skin and bones
  • 120 grams of spring onion
  • 20 grams of capers
  • 80 grams of pickled cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 30 grams of mustard
  • 40 grams of olive oil
  • Salt
  • 3 avocado

Preparation of Salmon Tartare with Thermomix

    Note: any fish should first be frozen for a minimum of 12 hours and then thawed
