Strawberry tiramisu ingredients with thermomix

30 ladyfingers biscuits
400 grams of strawberries
300 grams of mascarpone cheese
250 grams of whipping cream
100 grams of powdered sugar
1 ½ tablespoons vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation of strawberry tiramisu with thermomix

We begin with the making of Strawberry Sauce, to do this, pour 200 grams of strawberries into the glass together with the lemon juice and the tablespoons of sugar, program.
5 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 2.
To continue, we continue with the preparation of the mascarpone cream, again in the glass, make sure it is clean and dry, pour the cream (it must be very cold), place the butterfly and program.
2 minutes / speed 4.
You must be aware of the shake so that the cream does not spoil.
Then, when the cream is mounted, add the icing sugar and program again.

When the cream is well incorporated with the sugar, add the mascarpone cheese and the vanilla

On the other hand, cut the rest of the strawberries into small pieces and reserve.
Take the sponge cakes and moisten them one by one with the strawberry sauce, submerge each one briefly in the sauce and form a layer or base of sponge cakes.
Immediately add a layer of mascarpone cream cheese and on top of it a layer of chopped strawberries.
Repeat interposing the layers until you finish with the ingredients. The last layer should be strawberries for a nice presentation.
