Ingredients

120 grams of mild olive oil.
260 grams of sugar.
3 medium eggs.
230 grams of flour.
150 grams of cava.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC
We will start by placing sugar and oil in our thermomixel glass and mix
35 seconds / speed 3
Add the 3 eggs and continue mixing the mixture
4 minutes / speed 4
Add the flour and program
1 minute / speed 4
Once this time has passed, we will put our thermomix on speed 4 without marking time and with the cup removed we will add the cava very little by little, once we have put all the cava we will leave
1 minute / speed 4
We will fill our cupcake molds to 3/4 of their capacity and put them in the oven at
180ºC / for 15 minutes
