Preparation

3. speed 2 / 90º / 6 minutes.
4. Hydrate the gelatin, as directed on the package, and then drain it and add it to the glass. Program a
5. speed 3/30 seconds.
6. Add the two types of cheese, the cream and the sugar, to the glass. Put the robot to work
7. speed 3/30 seconds.
8. Divide the contents of the glass into the glasses where you are going to serve the petit suisse and put them in the refrigerator for at least two or three hours before serving.
