Ingredients for Tiramisu with marzipan and cherries with thermomix
- 1 cup of clean and pitted cherries
- 200 g cherry jam
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 10 g homemade vanilla sugar
- 150 g marzipan
- 250g mascarpone
- 20 grams of sugar
- 350 g cottage cheese
- 20 grams of lemon juice
- 200 grams of cream
- 150 g cold coffee
- 60g amaretto liqueur (optional)
- 300 g of biscuits
- a little cinnamon or cocoa powder for dusting
Preparation of Tiramisu with marzipan and cherries with thermomix
- We will start our recipe by placing the cherries, the cherry jam, the cinnamon and the vanilla sugar in our Thermomix glass and program
- 15 minutes / 100 °C / reverse rotation / speed 1
- We put the dough in a bowl and reserve and clean our glass of Thermomix
- We put the marzipanes in our Thermomix case and crush
- 8 seconds / speed 8
- with the spatula we lower the remains that could be stuck to the sides of our glass
- Add half of the mascarpone and program
- 10 seconds / speed 6
- Add the rest of the mascarpone, sugar, cottage cheese, lemon juice and program
- 20 seconds / speed 3.5
- beat the cream with a hand mixer until thick and add it to our Thermomix glass, with the mascarpone and cottage cheese mixture
- We put some glasses, and we put the bottom with some biscuits that are going to make us the base
- we add the cold coffee, the amaretto getting a little drunk
- we added a couple of tablespoons of the mixture that we had reserved for the jams and the cherries
- then fill with the cream dough and the mascarpone
- We put another small layer with 1 or two more chopped biscuits
- and another layer with the cream and mascarpone
- We put a little cinnamon powder on top and our glasses will be ready
- We keep them in the fridge until it is time to take them out on the table.
Notes
We can also make this dessert by substituting the strawberry cherries for the cherry jam with strawberry jam and if we did not have biscuits we can add a cookie and it is equally delicious
