Ingredients of spicy scallops in thermomix sauce
12 clean scallops
25 grams olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
100 grams fried tomato
1/2 tablet concentrated fish broth
1 tablespoon hot paprika (your choice)
1 chilli pepper
1 small glass of water
Preparation of spicy scallops in thermomix sauce
to start our recipe we are going to wash the scallops in case they bring sand, so we wash them well and leave them in a bowl with a little water
with our glass of Thermomix we are going to put the peeled onion and the garlic in pieces and we are going to crush everything for it we program
10 seconds / speed 4
then add the oil and tomato and program
6 minutes / 100 °C / speed 2
then we add the chilli pepper, the water, the paprika and the bouillon cube and we program again
5 minutes / 100 °C / speed 2
Once our sauce is done, we grind it for which we program
8 seconds / speed 8
we put the dried scallops in a bowl and put our sauce made with the Thermomix on top and put in our microwave
