- 18 puff pastry vol-au-vents
- 300 grams of chicken breast
- 50 grams of prawns
- 35 grams of flour
- 350 grams of milk
- 50 grams of oil
- 100 grams grated emmental cheese
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- ½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
Preparation of Volovanes stuffed with shrimp and chicken with Thermomix
- The first thing you should do to prepare these delicious Volovanes stuffed with shrimp and chicken with Thermomix, is to heat the oil, pour 20 grams into the Thermomix bowl, program.
- 4 minutes / Varoma temperature / Speed 1.
- While the oil is heating in the Thermomix bowl, cut the breast and the prawns into pieces (reserve some whole ones for the end), add salt and pepper.
- When the oil is hot, add the pieces of chicken and prawns in the Thermomix bowl and program.
- 5 minutes / Temperature 100° / Reverse rotation / Bucket speed.
- When the cooking time is up, reserve for a few minutes.
