Ingredients for breasts stuffed with tomato cheese and mushrooms with air fryer – air fryer

2 chicken breasts
Mushrooms
dry tomato
Sliced cheese (soft cheese)
Grated cheese (type 4 cheeses)

for the marinade Marinade:

Dijon mustard (3 tablespoons)
Honey (2 tablespoons)
played half a lemon
Ground pepper (pinch)
Sweet paprika (pinch)
salt (pinch)
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

Preparation of breasts stuffed with tomato cheese and mushrooms with an air fryer – air fryer

The first thing we will do is cut the two breasts, we will make transversal cuts in each breast, about 5 or 6 cuts per breast, in these cuts we will introduce the ingredients that are going to fill the breasts.
Once the cuts are made, we are going to prepare the marinade, in a container we are going to add 3 tablespoons of dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground pepper and a pinch of sweet paprika, mix and add two tablespoons of honey, the juice of half a lemon and two tablespoons of olive oil and we know how to mix everything very well, we already have the marinade ready.
Now we take the two breasts to the container and we impregnate it well with the marinade, we are going to leave them marinating for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Once the marinating time has passed, we are going to prepare the air fryer, the breasts will be in the fryer for 22 minutes, as follows:
17 minutes / 190º
and the last 5 we take out the basket, and add the grated cheese on top of the breasts, these last 5 minutes we lower the power
5 minutes / 160º
and the breasts will be ready, in 22 minutes they are perfectly done and super juicy.
Remember that the time and temperature can vary from one fryer to another, you can also make this recipe in the oven, obviously, and the time will also vary (more).
