25 grams of flour for pastry
30 grams of butter at room temperature
100 grams of sugar
50 grams of chopped almonds
50 grams of sliced almonds
2 egg whites

Place the butterfly on the blades of the Thermomix bowl and add the butter in pieces to form a cream, program.

Add the chopped and laminated almonds along with the flour, sugar and egg whites, program.

Remove the dough and place it in a container, cover well and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Place parchment paper or non-stick baking paper on two baking trays and begin to form the cookies.
With the help of a spoon, place a portion of dough every 4 or 6 centimeters of distance between each one and spread them with the back of the spoon with circular movements, until it is like a sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C.
When they are cooked, you will notice that the discs of dough will turn a light golden color.
Quickly remove them from the oven and with the help of a spatula remove them from the tray and place them on a roller or some cylindrical element, this in order to give them the typical curved shape of the tile.
As a result, you will have spectacular tiles that will surprise your loved ones due to their particular shape and amazing texture and flavour.
Cool in the cylindrical element and pack or store in plastic wrap or an airtight container.
